Return & Exchange

We want you to love your WalkBelle purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for final sale items, gift cards, or worn products.
• Return shipping is free for your first return/exchange.

How to Start a Return

1. Visit our Return Portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you'd like to return or exchange.
4. Choose your preferred method: refund or exchange.
5. Print the return label and drop it at your nearest courier.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after your return is received and inspected. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? You can request an exchange through our return portal. Exchanges ship out within 2–3 business days after your return is on its way.

International Orders

At this time, we do not support international returns or exchanges. We recommend double-checking size and product details before placing your order.
